It must be the BBB from the city/state of where the business is located, in this case:
Better Business Bureau of Chicago at: http://www.chicago.bbb.org |

I hope all of you who were affected get some sort of resolution on this. As consumers, this is the kind of thing we fear the most. Looking at the past posts from Eisenhaus members, they couldn't be more helpful... only to surface as con-artists now. It's a shame that a company would manufacture fake parts and pass them off as authentic... Good luck to all of you who are seeking justice.

Who said anything about that? There's no proof and with the price they're charging, it better not be fake Neez is top notch wheels, just not as super prestige as Eisenhaus would like us to believe...

He said that he'd make a statement by the end of business day, so we just have to wait and see. Whether or not he makes good on that, only time will tell.

No such thing, it's all about marketing. Neez uses the same forging process as BBS...like I said Eisenhaus hyped the Neez to create that prestige/exclusivity around the wheels, to justify the high price of the QD7...etc...In some way BBS is actually more advanced, they recently released LM-R uses patented "back-milled" on the spokes to increase strenght and decrease weight. To my knowledge Neez doesn't have this advantage.

Wow, I just read the whole thread. That sucks for you guys who got screwed. I agree with the last few posts. Contact the BBB and call your Credit Card company. The CC company takes fraud seriously and will revert the charges quickly.
I understand you guys want to jump on Anthony and IND, but he got screwed too, but he's willing to go after them on your behalf if he has to. He is just recommending you try to call Eisenhaus first, as that may be quicker. Heck your Credit Card company will probably be the quickest. Fax them the release from Eisenmann and they'll get on Eisenhaus to get their money back, while refunding your money right away. Anthony and IND are good peoples. And btw, Eisenhaus is NOT right next door to IND |

Can someone attach the letter so I can see it and print it out at work.
On phone with CC company right now. Here's the original link: http://i36.photobucket.com/albums/e3...A/Official.jpg Photobucket is blocked at work. Thanks. (Can't add via url either).

Update:
I called my credit card company (Wells Fargo) and they will place the charges on hold. Any interest on the amount will not be accrued while the product is in dispute. This may help some of you guys but I already long paid it off. Anyways, they will send me a form to fill out. I will print a copy of the letter from Eisenmann and attach it. They also said if you have anyone who could provide a second opinion, then that would further help your case. Once the CC company has that information, they will contact Eisenhaus. FYI, on my credit card bill, it was charged by OMNI SOLUTIONS 630-787-1600 IL. Make sure you get a case number and the person's name who you spoke with. In my experience, disputing through your credit card is usually somewhat painless. If your credit card is who you bank with and you are a long withstanding customer, that helps out even more. Hope that helps.

Mr. Eisenhaus is either waiting for his lawyers to type something up, waiting to hear from them what his options are, or renewing his passport.

If we want to go the CC way and we bought from IND, will we be able to do the same or did we have to buy from Eisenhaus to do this?

Your CC company would contact IND because they are the party that charged your card. IND in return would go after Eisenhaus or attempt deny you. I don't know which.
