Sorry to hear this guys......

Time for you guys to take action.... Looks like John Kang is associated with Eisenhaus? You guys can make a case that this is fraud and John will not be able to hide behind the corporation.

If you guys are serious about taking action (and I am being serious here), you may want to start up a distribution list, consult with a lawyer and start a class action suit against Eisenhaus + John Kang + any other individuals involved.

No worse enemy than a bunch of defrauded car nuts.... Up to you guys to organize and take action.

Good luck!

Does this effect the e36 mufflers as well. Is there a list anywhere of which systems were conterfit and which weren't?

Someone start a new thread so forum members who bought exhaust systems can list what they bought, so if the time comes when a lawsuit is filed, everyone is on one page.

This is the best advice yet. What a fucking horrible situation. The best thing to do now is to organize a calm, intelligent, professional attack against this company to have things righted for those that were horribly wronged. These exhausts are really expensive and to get a FAKE - oh my, I can't imagine my anger.

Heres Eisenmann's website

Anyone read german? But by looking at the pictures, Eisenmann only makes quads for the E92 335?

I ordered a Eisenmann race seystem with sections 1 and 2 for my M5 in December...

Was asked to pay my other 1/2 of the payment that it was ready to go out, in which its not been 3 weeks later... no mufflers. I've had my pipes hanging on the garage in the wall. I believe them to be German made though...

From what I've gathered for the E60 M5 Eisenmann lineup... is that Our Sport and Race variants are German made... However we have a Meisterschaft GT and Touring which seem to have no assosciation with Eisenmann... Which was not clearly stated anywhere it seems. This doesn't really concern me as I purchased an Eisenmann race which should as far as I know be the real deal from Germany. However now that ties are severed, I am not sure how I am going to get ahold of this exhaust from Germany which I've paid for. I do believe for 2,900 I should be recieving the real deal. Hopefully that will be so, I'm told that Eisenmann is going to finish the current orders for the Race and Sport systems on the e60? So as long as thats true I'm cool...

Honestly, just thinking about how much money this guy made reselling a system made somewhere in Asia (for cheap labor no doubt) is sickening.

Because anything he says can and WILL be used against him in a court of law.

PS: Someone want to X-Post this to F-Chat, and the Lambo boards? I wonder if the stuff they sold to them was fake too.

i dont understand why we have to go directly through Eisenhaus. If INDustry were the ones who sold us the products isnt it THEIR responsibility to resolve it? thats like saying if i was a vendor and sold you a set of fake Miros and I didn't know they were fake, it is my responsibility to give you a full refund+shipping because I was the vendor that sold the fake miros. MY MISTAKE. do you understand INDustry? cause I paid YOU guys. NOT Eisenhaus.

I definitely agree. Why are these guys getting thrown right to Eisenhaus when Eisenhaus wasn't the one who actually sold the exhaust to the customer. Seems to me like IND and any other vendors distributing these products should be after Eisenhaus on behalf of their customers. Vendors collected a premium over the wholesale price they get from Eisenhaus, who is responsible for this?

If there was a lawsuit, would it not be the vendors vs. Eisenhaus? The vendors are the ones who actually bought the fake exhausts from Eisenhaus and simply passed them along, albeit unknowingly, to their customers. This would set a dangerous precedent basically leaving vendors with 0 liability over the products the sell.

I'm not a lawyer so I apologize to any vendors if I am incorrect.
