we should just call industry because they are next door to eisenhaus. they can probably transfer us by walking door to door. and they are the "MASTER" dealers of eisenmann products.

both from the official EISENMANN website. so who knows? maybe the dual tip exhausts ARE real....
You can't judge by the tips only. You could get the "Meisterschaft" (Eisenmann Race) in 3 different tip versions. You have to look at the muffler, that's the only way you can tell.

hey so all you guys that bought shit from them. Was it at a discounted price of what the authentic stuff would be or did you get it at a "too good to be true" knock off price?

it was the best price out but was still hella expensive. paying 2000+ for a exhaust system isnt cheap bro.

Vendors collected a premium over the wholesale price they get from Eisenhaus, who is responsible for this?

If there was a lawsuit, would it not be the vendors vs. Eisenhaus? The vendors are the ones who actually bought the fake exhausts from Eisenhaus and simply passed them along, albeit unknowingly, to their customers. This would set a dangerous precedent basically leaving vendors with 0 liability over the products the sell.

I'm not a lawyer so I apologize to any vendors if I am incorrect.
Taking Eisenhaus to court could take months or even years. I spoke with the owner and he told me to direct all consumers to call him to take care of issues. I think that it would be wise to give that option a shot and see if Eisenhaus takes care of the situation first.

IND is about 20 miles from Eisenhaus. We are now an Eisenmann Master Dealer as we have a contract with Eisenmann to sell Genuine products. If you remember my sig used to say "Please contact me for info on Eisenmann Exhaust and Neez Wheels.

Eisenhaus, yes. Eisenmann of Germany still makes great products, so I would say no.

I would still buy an Eisenmann knowing it was the German made model, wouldn't you?

The company themselves weren't misleading in any way, it was their former US distributor that was doing the shady acts. IMO, it's unfair to judge Eisenmann the company for their distributors actions.

I read that too, but again, that isn't Eisenmann doing the shady stuff, it's EISENHAUS. Eisenhaus does not equal Eisenmann.

Everyone understands you're angry, as am I, but
there's is a big difference between those two companies.

I agree. That would be like if nobody ever bought a BMW again because one dealership ripped off a bunch of customers. Eisenmann makes high quality exhaust systems and they will continue to do so. The fakes will fade out and Eisenmann will keep doing what they do best. I am truely sorry that this happened this way and I hope that this situation gets resolved. As I said before, the first and best step is to seek compensation from Eisenhaus. If that doesn't work, we will take it further.
