2011 335i E92 Bluetooth Retrofit

I just picked up a low mileage 2011 335i. Nothing happens when I press the telephone icon and I really need to get bluetooth working.

I have the professional radio and my trunk looks like the image below.

I've read other threads here but my MULF unit looks different than the write ups I've found so I am not quite sure where to begin.

Is there anything else I will need besides a receiver and mic with my car's options?

Do I have the wrong MULF unit? Any chance the receiver and microphone are already there?

you do have combox unit which can be coded for bluetooth functions
since it is visible that bluetooth antenna is not connected you do not have bluetooth cables and mic
i can sell you genuine necessary parts removed from e92 from this kit

Yes, it is of my car.

The far left port on my unit is for bluetooth, the center for USB, what is the port in the picture on the far right for?

So I am gussing I will need the mic, receiver and some sort of wires to connect them all? What does the mic get connected to?

blue connector is for second usb connection via cradle in armrest
mic wire goes to 26-pin connector on the other side of the combox
there are many topics here about combox retrofit with wiring diagrams

That's interesting because, as you can see I have nothing connected to that port and my center armrest USB works fine.

Thanks for your help!
