Do E9X with sport package come with a negative camber already at the rear? cause they already look a bit slanting in by the fenders.

and with increasing the diameter (aftermarket) of the wheels give it a more negative camber?

Yes,

and

I dunno, I don't believe the slightly larger wheel will effect camber much, the OD of the wheels and tires isn't likely to be significantly larger than stock so I'd say no... you'll be just fine.

Increasing the wheel diameter has no effect on camber--it's the angle of the tire/wheel with respect to vertical, as viewed from the front or rear of the car.

I assume you mean increase the wheel diameter while keeping the overall diameter the same--i.e. lower profile tires.

Lower profile tires are stiffer and more sensitive to camber than higher-profile ones.

Dropping/lowering your car WILL have a signficant effect on camber, adding more negative camber.

Neg camber in the front is fine ... just tires will wear on the insides more then normal. Neg Camber helps create more tire contact during turning .... this is why a lot of track cars have neg camber all around. However with that said too much camber can be bad. ....On my old Evo I ran Neg 3 degrees camber all around and the car was a monster combined with 265s at all 4 corners.
