Replaced VANOS reset adaptations

Hello all, I just replaced my VANOS solenoids. And I am wanting to get some knowledge from you all.
I have recently got a schwaben scan tool, and the menus can be a bit confusing.
Has anybody had experience of where exactly to navigate to reset adaptations, and what are the steps? Do you also need to set a relearn procedure?

I'm only aware of throttle adaptation reset procedure (google it), or VVT motor limit relearning (the cylinder sticking out of the valve cover between plug 3&4).

Neither should be needed with a solenoid replacement.

Thanks man, yeah actually from what I've been continuing to research it seems that a few places I've looked they say that when you replace just the solenoids, no adaptations need to be reset, just wanted to get all the opinions from you all
