I am flattered, you're too kind. I do feel as though I do not require them at this moment though - perhaps in the future when I get some supporting wheels to match such splendid caps.

Damn, I leave for a couple of days and Torgus goes on about center caps again. Someone send him to an Improv class or something, he needs new material.

So I see this thread got derailed. So OP, did you get your shock problem solved in the manner you required? I go to Turner and the new Service Manager, Brew, is a nice guy. Very accommodating within reason and within their ability to get the job done right. I've had a major hiccup once and he repented and threw me a bone on the follow up job I had for him. Sometimes people make mistakes, that's what humans do, but it's their willingness to right the wrong that defines great service from crap service.

You can thank Torgus for that. I have no idea if they got the shock adjustment right because I have nothing to compare it to, but they did confirm they adjusted it prior to installation. I actually wouldn't have minded if it was set to a firmer setting because it does feel a bit soft - very similar to the OEM M sport suspension.

This is off their email signature from correspondence I had within the last week:

If you still can't reach them I can PM you Brew's email.
