So I see this thread got derailed. So OP, did you get your shock problem solved in the manner you required? I go to Turner and the new Service Manager, Brew, is a nice guy. Very accommodating within reason and within their ability to get the job done right. I've had a major hiccup once and he repented and threw me a bone on the follow up job I had for him. Sometimes people make mistakes, that's what humans do, but it's their willingness to right the wrong that defines great service from crap service.
