It for sure will fit. The pumpkin is an AT pumpkin from a 2009, It's the same differential housing.

I think so too...but if you go to https://www.turnermotorsport.com/p-3...i-lsd/?pdk=AQE and selected 2008 E93 N54, it says it does not...
