Anybody who drives X1 e84 here?

Hi
Just wondering if any fellow member has x1 e84 other than e9x?

If yes, let me know as I wanted to ask a question re: e84.

Thanks.
Sam

Yes, I get to drive my dads x1 20D sdrive have also driven the same car in xdrive guise as a loner. Great cars the sdrive feels more like a BM and like my e91 driving position is nice and just feels like a jacked up e91 with a slightly smaller boot.

Thanks for replying.
I wanted to ask if you felt any different in gear changes on E84 X drive especially after long journeys.

My observation;
1- Gear changes on e84 happens bit later which gives impression as car is hesitating. It is common on E84 and well documented on different websites in the reviews.
2- Its auto and I feel as if there is bit hesitation or minor jerk when car shifts from 1-2, 2-3 or 3-2, 2-1 gears especially after prolonged driving whereas E90 is smooth.
I am not sure if its due to x-drive variant or there is any issue with gear box. No codes on inpa or no errors what so ever.

May be I am bit picky but wanted to confirm if you felt the same way when driving x-drive (& only happens after more than 30-40 minutes of driving).

Thanks.

xdrive have its own problems, you may dig them from e9x xdrive threads, it is same system
you should check tyre sizes and their wear(it is should be similar) or try to change them
or you may try remove dsc/dxc fuse and drive without xdrive at all

Thanks for the prompt.
Wheels are oem and have 5mm plus in all corners.

Delayed gear change is standard on e84 x1.
The jerk is only felt when I take the pedal off the fuel pedal otherwise its smooth. I will check x drive section of e9x. Cheers for your input.
