Aftermarket exhaust and N51 SULEV warranty

Does anyone know if replacing muffler on an N51 BMW will void the extended SULEV warranty?

I called and ask BMWNA but the person i talked to was clueless on this topic.

I really want to upgrade my muffler but don't want to give dealers a reason to deny warranty due to aftermarket parts installed.

I'm in Sunnyvale and was curious about aftermarket parts as well.

I had no issues with my BMW PE, I even have my 2ndary cat's deleted and they never mentioned a thing. Went to dealerships in SoCal.

Hmm, I wonder if it's because you used a BMW upgrade parts that's why your warranty is still valid.

I was planning on getting either an AA mufflers or Magnaflows
