Any DIY with pics of any installs. Would like to see how clean some have added a woofer.

Depends on the amp chosen... you want to drive the SWS-8 with the highest available power.

I don't know if Technic posts much here on E90Post anymore, you can't PM him here. His last post on this thread was 2010! I PM'ed him on another forum and he got right back to me. Sounds like he's super busy, the HiFi harness is on back order for a month.

Can you also PM me the site you contacted him. I need another harness and I tried PM ing him here and through the website and I have been unsuccessful so far.

I will have a used HiFi harness for sale soon if anyone is interested since I have sold my old 3 Series and now the 335 has a Top HiFi system that requires a different harness.
