I'm starting to wonder if this project is going anywhere... So I did some looking around. Have you guys heard of RemoteKEY? I just read the description on their site. One of its features is:
"Red LED Alarm Simulator Module can simulate missing factory alarm (if desired) by blinking red LED in rearview mirror when car is locked." Isn't this exactly what we are looking for? Maybe I'm reading it wrong. Anyone with experience using RemoteKEY? EDIT: Oh, it costs $250 from EAS. Well, at that point, might as well buy the alarm. |
