My MHD OBD2 Wireless Adapter just got here and I have been running JB4... There's really nothing I can do with it until I purchase the Back End Flash right?

So far the mods I've done are JB4, Burger Intake, Burger Charge Pipe, and Straight Pipe exhaust... I've been trying to research everything on MHD and what to do since I have JB4 installed... I dont know if just a Back End Flash will suffice or if there's really anything else I can do with it

thats essentially correct. you can get a wedge flash vs backend flash, but with JB4 installed it makes no sense to get MHd map license as the maps are provided by Burger and are designed as BEF.

You can download a free BEF from the JB4 website and load it using the MHD app and adapter.
