Exhaust Frequency Causing Rattle in Blower Motor?

Hello all,
Wanted to make sure my tech at my local BMW dealer diagnosed this issue correctly. I am having a rattling/grinding noise whenever my car hits about 1200-1500 rpms. This occurs mostly when driving, and letting off the throttle to coast. It is a very loud noise that can be audibly heard inside and outside of the vehicle. The tech informed me that the frequency is causing the blower motor to rattle, and they wanted to replace the motor. Does this sound right? I will link a YouTube clip of the noise that I took.

Car is a 2011 BMW 328xi with the AA Gen 2 exhaust and AA headers. Stock secondaries and mid-muffler.

Thanks

Found out it was loose 02 sensors on my headers. Will keep this updated if anything changes.
