n54 Multiple Misfires
Please read carefully and please help me,
I just recently did a diy on my 2008 535i, i replaced my turbos wit Vargas stage 1+ turbos, also did a walnut blasting my self and replaced the oil pan gasket on my own time. Just tried starting it up last night after i did all these things. It came back with misfire in cylinder 5. Then i turned off my jb4 tuner and came back with only misfires in cylinders 1,2,3, does anyone have any idea what could be causing this? at higher rpm it doesn't seem to have misfires just only at idle. I have replaced spark plugs with ngk spark plugs, jb4, mmp inlets, cold air intake, jb4 tuner with Bluetooth, walnut blasting, and vrsf dp. If anyone has any ideas please pm me or add to the thread.

Lots of conversations about misfire. Here is what I found when I did a quick search that maybe of your interest
https://www.e90post.com/forums/showt...ht=FAQ+Misfire Did you change coils? Change a good coils with a bad 1, 2 and 3. If the good coils doesn't misfire 1,2 and 3 than I would guess it's your coils. Replace them. I believe Autozone has lifetime warranty or FC Euro also have life time warranty. Are the plugs gap correct? Injectors? Maybe others can chime in on possible solutions. Good luck and let us know how it turns out.
