Wheel choice: LM rep vs. CSL on Montego E93
Third choice added 9-13: Miro 111 (or LC818)
Whadyathink? I've planned to put Alufelgen CS7s on my car for a long time, wanting to keep the car as OEM looking as possible. But, they are apparently on a slow boat from China...literally. My other choice was to do the Sonic Tuning's ST8 LM reps (diamond black with polished lips) - something a little different, eh? Stock Sonic ST8s Alufelgen CS-7s Miro 111 (or LC818)

The pros of the CS-7s are: OEM styling but better fitment (more flush, aggressive); reportedly well-built rim with durable finish; cute little M sticker (to match the one on my new steering wheel ); and a "safe" choice. The pros of the ST8: Just can't go wrong with BBS styling on BMW; different from the crowd (at least in my area); matches up the black accents I've brought into the cabin; and will match the Arkym lip I hope to put on a future M Sport front. ; and...less worry about brake dust. The cons of the CS-7: A bit predictable; it's a rep. The cons of the ST8: Sporting a rim that is clearly a knock-off of an expensive and popular wheel (I don't really have a problem with this, tho.); I'm on a fence between lip vs no lip. (I've had both on a couple of cars. Quite schizo about this, actually.); Gotta deal with the hassle of finding BMW center caps that work. Anyone know if there is an OEM center cap that is 67mm or whatever size these reps take? I will not be using BBS center caps, not because I like to slam "posers", but mainly 'cause I really like the BMW roundel on Montego cars.

Thanks for all of the votes. I am very close to giving those ST8s a try but I think they are out of stock at the moment. On the other hand, the CS-7s I ordered are almost two months overdue, and...I'm gettin' antsy. Thankfully I like the stockies well enough to keep 'em for a while longer.
We'll see. You'll be the second to know.
