Go look at the "Claim Form"

If you activated a V710 with Verizon on or before 1/31/05 you are eligible for a few options.

Unfortunately I did mine in June :mad:

nice post....it's about time Verizon gets screwed instead of screwing their customers. I have the 815 and all of the cool bluetooth features are disabled. At least it works in my car
