You could be right. No one from Canada has a full essienmann exhaust setup in my area, but I use to know a guy who crafted his own stainless steel pipes for his car (M5) and he copied the design of essienmann and oh god... BEASTLY.

But if you spent 2g'z and your happy with it, there must be something that makes you feel that way. I agree with the jeans part. But hey, maybe I'm just not in the budget, which makes essienmann out of the league for me.

I have to admit, the essienmann setup does sound nice. But muffler delete is wicked cool (For the price)

as for high way or any time really that your not accel or on cruise control lets say 80 mph windows up no music it sounds stock no drone.

Same here! Some guy in a M3 rolled up to me and he was like hey what the hell kinda exhaust are you running? He thought I did a 335i engine swap on my 323i... I was like oh, nothing I don't have a muffler. He was like "holy shit"! And he told me to drive in front of him so he could hear it carefully. Then he waved and got on the highway ramp.

yeh i heard an e46 m3 at full throttle that raspy tone at the end sounds just like mine. kinda sorta does sound like a e46 m3 at high rpm . i think lol

Anyone done this to a 330i N52? Would you just golf tee the valve and do it the same way as with the 325/328i?

Has anyone addressed the dB output?? I'm asking because there are usually limits to sound on the track...such as 92 dB at 50 ft. (Laguna Seca). I would think a measurment in the mid to high rpm ranges would work.

2 questions, does anyone who did this mod have an intake installed? Any sound clips? And also, has anyone attempted to do quads with this mod?

I have an intake done on my car. It sounds much more beastly-er. Wait till I get my car from the dealership back. I'll hook up some nice res videos!

We need sheerspeed to update the first post with more pictures and videos of what other members posted!

I'm thinking of doing quads IF i figure out how it will all fit out.
