Opinions on Gunmetal vs Hyper Silver

Looking for opinions and maybe a little reasoning why or why not:

Looking to put 18" Enkei Raijin's on my LeMans Blue 335is

I'm considering Gunmetal over Hyper Silver - my thought is to make the contrast with brake rotors a little higher but still having some contrast with the tire (thus not black rims) - the 335is does not have much silver on it anywhere with the black trim (shadowline I think they call it).

any arguments for or against? any sample pics?

Thanks

I have LMB as well and I just think gunmetal looks better. I have no other reasoning. I've just seen a few cars with gunmetal rims and I really liked it. If you search I know a car on this forum painted their 193m's ferric gray, close to gunmetal, and it looks really good.

Hyper silver definitely looks better. Their gun metal comes in matte.

If you want that matte gun metal look, just don't wash your brake dust off.

Gunmetal FTW.

I do like Hyper Silver in some situations, but personally I've always thought a glossy Anthracite/Gunmetal looks so hard on almost any color combo.
