You're going to have to be at no rush to sell, price is ridiculously high. KBB lists your car at 95k miles 18.5k assuming it's in very good condition and has premium and sport package. Just because CPO doesn't add an additional 2-3 grand, especially if there's only 5k left remaining. You're better off at maybe 20k, but that's even pushing it. I would part out and sell car itself. Just my .02

You didn't mention E90 or E92 btw. I'm not interested in buying just browsing for fun but that is actually a pretty fair price because I must say you modded it really well. GLWS

I saw an 07 with sport and premium black on red with 17k miles for 26,000. Just saying.

I'm sure it's a beautiful car but technically mods take away from the value of the car unless you find that one special buyer that is looking for a car with mods. But definitely post pics!
