ERROR CODE: 41ed cyclic authentication

Hi all,

Found this error in the Read Information section when using INPA

41ed cyclic authentication

any ideas what it could be?

I believe that the code is referring to a checksum error so it is not a fault in itself but indicates that at some point the self test failed for some reason.
Until a genuine fault code appears you probably don't have a hope of getting any further and with no faults showing your car is working just fine as it is.
