Look awesome. I hate the dumbo mirrors though! Prefer the pre lci mirrors to the dumbos, but these are really very nice. Dont park on any narrow streets!

I actually prefer the dumbo's to the pre-lci mirrors, but I am aware I'm in a minority with that school of thought! The M3 mirrors are probably in-between the two in terms of mirror size, but obviously they stick out more. |

These are the ones from my car.
I think the only snag is going to be fitting the anti-rattle clip back on without damaging the paint Car isn't off the road, as I currently have 6pot / 2pot 135i brakes fitted & my original stock parts were sat in my garden shed! So just posted off the rears for the work. The seals & bleed nipples have been replaced & the Pistons have been ultrasonically cleaned. So they are basically a new caliper now! |

Well, its time for a little update...
The new brake kit is on The performance of these brakes is amazing! The power is incredible compared to the 135i 6 pot / 2 pot system I have had removed. These are hands down the best brake set up I have had on a car. Better still the front caliper and disc pretty much fill my whole 19" wheel!! The 330mm stock rears also fill the 19's much better than the 135i 2 pot set up did. Very happy! |

I had some porsche 6 pot calipers on 380mm discs on the front of my 8N TT. About 2.5ks worth of setup! They only just fitted under the 18's I was running at the time, but looked epic. They were pull your face off good at stopping too

Thanks guys!!!
I have to say, I am loving the car at present. Next step now everything is fitted is to get the car detailed. Looking at taking it in for a 2 stage machine polish and full G-Techniq treatment with Crystal Serum Light and the other bits and bobs on the glass / interior / wheels etc. Then it should be ready for a few shows in the Summer months. |
