Custom tuning revision time

I'm currently having custom tunes made for my car, but I never thought it would take so long, the soonest I get a revision back is 7-10 days,I send him back logs within 12-24 hours every time and I don't get a revision for a at least a week, my question is this normal? I don't want to put the tuner on blast, I am just wondering if this is normal or am I being inpatient? I understand f they have other things going on but man 3 months for 1 map is insane to me. In my head before I started this I thought I would have revisions back same day or maybe next day, able to have a map complete in a week or 2. Sorry for the rant just kinda frustrated

Do you pay him every time he does a revision? Most likely just a lazy tuner that doesn't feel like doing work unless he's crazy bored

Or he's a really good tuner that is backed up to hell

When I was working with Wedge/BuraQ they turned around tunes in 1-2 days, oftentimes faster than u could get them flashed and tested.
