N46 E90 vanos error 2A83

Hi,

please advise about engine error. E90 320i engine N46 110kw 2006, 220t kms. On the weekend I cleaned both vanos solenoids (brake cleaner + technical petrol), changed sparks, cabin filter and air filter. Unfortunately, when folding, I put reverse the holder, holding the vanos solenoid in engine and during the ride the oil leaked (approx 1l). I have filled the oil, repaired the holder of vanos and nothing is flowing now.
My consumption has decreased (from 11,5 at 150km/h to 9,5), and the engine is riding better, but it's always bugged by 2A83. I cleaned it out because of two mistakes 2D12 + 2A83 jumped from time to time (always both) and always preceded by very bad starting at shift 1 or reverse. The car started very slowly and almost did not respond to the accelerator pedal, for 2-3 seconds. Then it started normally, the warning light jumped, which disappeared after a few hours and went on.
In the past, my warning light disappeared within a few hours / day, but now it stays there, even after deleting with the diagnostics (not original BMW OBD2) it has just appeared again after the start. Today, with the mechanic, we have cleaned both solenoids again and tried to shuffle them and again the same mistake. We have returned them back and now we do not know what to do with it.
Do you have any advice? The car starts without problems, speedometer is almost not moving, it has a small lack of power somewhere around 2-2.5t rpm but otherwise in the whole spectrum with no problem. When changing the candles, I noticed that the sensor (camshaft position ??) at the first coil is all from oil, could it make this problem? What sensor is it? Shall I replace solenoids or any other idea?

Thanks a lot
