What’s up guys... and girls... Just wanted to know if anyone knows of any emissions spots that will not give me a hard time.

I REALLY NEED THIS DONE!!!
Car is currently not registered.

I have been to two different ones . Both have physically checked my down pipes before they even hooked anything up to my car, and told me they would not run the test. I’m full bolt on with catless down pipes and bmw factory performance exhaust. I have the down pipe fix connected and working great, but can’t seem to find a shop to just hook everything up and run the test. I’m in the Fort Belvoir/Alexandria area.
