So what should I do now if anything?

Do I contact Drew about it? I'm sure he'll be pissed if he hasn't seen this thread already... plus the trim isn't even in my possession anymore. Do I PM Long to inquire further about who actually owned the trim? Not sure its gonna do me any good since I KNOW he's mad I posted this up... unfortunately after 2 months of getting nowhere via PM's this was all that was left to do besides walk away.

Should I just tell Drew the trim is being sent back to him at Longs shop and I'm sending a Paypal dispute his way for my full refund and let him and Long deal with it then between themselves?

Try to talk it out first and only use dispute as the last resort. If they are at all reasonable, they would try to work with you.

thats understandable Gary... however like its been said over and over the cracking should come secondary to the fact that it doesn't fit. See if it was ONLY cracked and Long sent it back saying he couldn't do anything about it... I could essentially put it on my car and use it cracked. However, it doesn't fit in its cracked condition or not... so it should be rendered completely unusable and tossed away in the trash and a new one sent out to me.

Dang, i just read all 8 pages.....My head hurts, but you do got a point Udub, if it didnt fit from the beginning, then it shouldnt matter at all that it has crack. I mean, were they really planning on reselling a part that doesnt fit? That doesnt make sense at all. Hope everything works out for you man. GL
