07 e92 335: Good Deal?
Hey everyone. I was at the dealer today negotiating on a 335i. Its a 2007 coupe with a 6 speed. It is AW on Black with only the sport package, premium package, and bluetooth. It does not have navigation which really sucks and I am pretty sure I will regret it but finding a 335i with a 6 speed is so hard and I need a car asap. Anyways, the car only has 16k miles on it and they have it listed at close to $33k. I got it down to $31k. What does everyone think about this deal? Could I do better. Any insight is appreciated. Thanks

How many miles? Is it CPO?

I got my 07 335i sedan with nav, sport, premium, and comfort access for ~30k (28,5 ish with all incentives included) with 21k miles on it, CPO. To be fair, it is an autotragic, but DC traffic will do that to you. Also, you're not missing much with the 07 nav. Get an android phone, put google maps on it, and use that instead. I should mention that I bought this in the SF bay area as well. I think without nav (and idrive), you should be able to get this below 30.

What would you say about the same spec'd car but with 42k miles and a red interior. The red is a huge plus but the miles scare me. I got the price down to $27900 over the phone and im sure they will take $27k flat if I go in there seriously. It is also CPO. What do you guys think?

If it's the same spec I'd go for the car with only 16K miles for the 4K difference as with this car you only have 8K remaining for FULL warranty and maintenance coverage...

Keep looking, that is too much.
FYI. 2007 E92 335i Space Gray. Loaded with every option, active steering too. 33K miles, CPO and regular maint until 50K miles. Came with M6 Reps and new tires. Private seller $28.5K. I think that is a good deal what I paid and fair. Also I had checked the service history at the dealer, it has been a gem, and had extra maint. done like oil changes..no visits to the dealer for broke stuff. Good luck. 31K was too much without taxes.
