07 335xi CPO

I've been looking at an 07 335xi with 43k miles on it. Before I go to the dealer to speak about the price. How much do you think I should be paying for this car? It has prem, sports, cold weather packages, and navi. Also, the dealer has repainted the front bumper and hood so that there are no visible chip marks at all. Interior/Exterior are in immaculate condition. The internet asking price is 29,980.

i think that's pretty fair, i paid 3 08 31,500 for my 08 335i w/ nav, no sport or prem, but has a full m-tech kit, cpo, and 18" from the sport package.

I bet you could get for around 28,250 or so, they dont seem to move a bunch on these CPO cars.
