Error Code 2C7F Fault (O2 sensor???) with strange toxic smells from vents

I just got a 2C7F fault:

2C7F Lambda probe behind catalytic converter 2, trimm control
Error will cause a warning light
Error is not currently present
Test conditions have been completed
Signal or value below threshold

I've been smelling sporadic toxic smells coming from my vents too which I can't trace to source.

Do my O2 sensors need to be replaced? If so which one? Any suggestions would be appreciated?
