Plugs not connected to anything...

I opened my hood and noticed there are two plugs that arent connected to anything, is that normal? This isnt my photo and ignore the arrow drawn on there, two plugs are near the top left of the picture, but that is what mine looks like as well. Thanks.

If you installed the three stage intake manifold, connected those wires, and flashed the 330i stock tune or other aftermarket tune to properly command the 3 stage intake, you would get the 25HP

But then you'd need the "MANIFOLD DANGER" light.
