Hesitation when starting or slow crank

Hello everyone,

I have a 2006 330xi and I have been having this problem for a couple months now.

Practically every time I go to start my car, I will get a slow crank or a hesitation, were the car will crank, fall on its face and come back to life all while the pedal is depressed and the button is pressed. SEE VIDEO*

The battery has been load tested and passed, I initially suspected a bad engine ground (the one under the car on the drivers side). It has been replaced and did not make a difference. I'm not sure if this is a crank position sensor issue or fuel system issue rather than a starter?

I would appreciate some feedback or input.
Thanks
