This thread makes me want to trade in my 335 for a 06 330

Great read.

Ha - awesome necro-post - but in this case, totally worth it. Loved reading all the old comments.

Funny how things look when reviewing past statements.

Good read - thanks for bringing this back from the dead!

So true, I actually bought a 335i in 2007 still have it and just bought an 06 330xi for my son as his first car - 335 is tuned and 330xi is a great car but feels like the gas pedal is not connected to much power wise.

Ha ha! Well, itís a ďIf they only knew then what they know nowĒ type of thing. This thread was started nearly 13 years ago when the 335i was a new model that just started to rollout of production so no aftermarket parts were yet available and the tuners hadnít yet got a hold of one to explore its HP boost potential.

Bought my 2010 E92 335i brand new and still own it. It's not FBO, but it has the BMW PE, K&N swap, and Cobb Stage 2.

Good stuff! I remember reading about the new turbo cars in the E36 M3 forums. People were test driving them and saying that they were not impressed etc.
