E93 rear upper side covers

Can anyone who has a convertible tell me why the passenger side rear upper side trim panel is 3 times the cost of the drivers side? Looks exactly the same other than orientation and not some unique part. Want to replace for some small cosmetic damage, but will repair passenger side rather than waste the money.

Passenger Part #51439150930
Driver Part #51439150929
