Just been to get new tyres fitted and was shown my rear wheel is buckled.

Anyone got any experience of getting buckled wheels repaired?

I used a local alloy wheel refurbisher (AWR Bury) to repair a buckled wheel which caused an MOT failure. Cost about £35.00 and lasted another 120,000 miles without an issue.

cheers mate i've found a place local to me but they want £60/wheel. still cheaper than a new set of wheels as they are aftermarket i think ill struggle to find replacements

Its strange as the rim doesn't look dented at all but when they span it up on the balance machine you could see it was buckled.
