Aux / USB question

Hello everyone.
I have one of these Aux / USB sockets, and I have pre lci professional head unit, so it has Bluetooth and voice control etc.
Currently it only has an aux socket, would it be much work to swap it, or would it not be compatible?

This looks like the cable for the CIC (LCI) Nav units. Using one when i fit my combox. Might be wrong though.

You're right, it is out of a Lci model.
If it's no good for mine, then you can buy it off me if you don't already have one.

So the mulf module and that cable above allows you to pop your iPod in and control it through your steering wheel ect ?

Direct plug and play ?
