Naw, paid out of pocket as insurance totaled the car. I bought it back from them.

Get Pilkington, Sekurit or Saint Gobain if you can. All are OE suppliers with Pilkington being the OE for E90s.

Everywhere it's different, but I just had mine replaced thus year and had to pay deductible and I paid an extra $150 to get actual BMW OEM glass.
They did a good job with the windshield, but forgot to clip the harness bracket in the engine bay back onto the cowl support. Most people would never know as they never open the hood in the life. So, just check everything to ensure all the clips are where they should be etc.
