If I can get find time this weekend to get the downpipes on, I could make a trip to O'Reilly next Wed, the 21st, weather permitting of course.

Huge thanks to suprchrgd for helping (read doing most of the work) install my jb4 and intake.

It pulled great for a few pulls, had me grinning. Then the stock charge pipe blew apart. ETS did not provide the correct couplers, so I had to borrow suprchrgd's for the time being. Can't wait to get the right coupler and get back on it!

I'll be out tonight, probably in the Flex, if it doesn't rain. I want to get some baselines on it before I start messing around with that big ol' brick.

It's $5 to watch, $20 to make passes.

I have a ton of various sized silicone couplers in the garage. What size do you need?

Its an elbow coupler, should be 3" on both sides, but the one provided was 3.5". If we tried to fit it, the coupler would most definitely create a boost leak. I am waiting to hear back from ETS now to see if they can get one out to me quick.

Ok, the Gumball 3000 rally starts June 5 in Miami, Florida. They stop for the night in Atlanta June 5 and leave out June 6, AM. I am going down the morning of June 5 to see the cars roll in then leave the next morning, then head back north. If time permits and it is not too far out of the way, I will drive the Tail of the Dragon (again) on the way home. If you are not familiar with the Gumball 3000, go to their website gumball3000.com and look around. This is the ultimate car rally in the world and this year they start in Miami and end in Ibiza, Spain. Yes, from Miami to Ibiza. If you are interested in making the trip down with me, email me... cmccarty23@hotmail.com. I would like to get another guy or 2 to make the trip with me. There is a concert in Atlanta at Olympic Park with Big Bun B, Xzibit, and a few other big names (all guys driving on the rally). Let me know if you have questions and interest.

I'm not a big rap music fan either but it's what is going on when the cars cruise in. Deadmau5 is also driving... the Hoff is back this year.... The Dudesons will always entertain. Not to mention, 2 P1's, 8 R8's, the Tumbler Batmobile, 2 Brabus tuned S Class, multiple Ferraris, Rolls, Bentley, new Stingray, Veyron, 3 Fiat Abarth 595 and 695 Biposto..

Well, update your profile, Mr horsepower AWil.

Mercho, did you consider the Gumball trip? My plan- leave early Thursday morning, check in the hotel, get dinner, watch the cars roll in and park and see the guys getting out of them, watch some of the concert, wake up and see the cars leave out, head back to Indiana. It'll be a quick trip.

I'm not from the area but I was there for the Indy 500 as well as other things and I stopped by the Cars and Coffee that saturday. It was a great turn out and a lot of fun! I might be that way mid July again.

437/469... not too bad but I had a little bit too much E85 in the tank for the dyno pulls.

Very nice. I just picked up two sets of 189's (so I can run a square set). I plan on dipping them white (before I pc) and see how they look.

BTW anyone interested in a set of 189's in 8 inch square setup?

How much? I may be interested for a winter tire setup.

Well, I was rear-ended on Monday evening at a stoplight. The car took it well. I was hit by a '10 Impala, and somehow it got underneath my car. Bumper is obviously trashed, exhaust is bent and hanging low. Other than that, trunk and rear quarters didn't take any damage. M-Sport rear is on its way from ECS.

Anyone know where I can pick up a performance exhaust for cheap? I've found them for around 1,100 shipped, just wondering if anyone knew anywhere else.....

Or I may just use the exhaust money and try to find a used stock exhaust, and finish out the m-sport conversion.

My vote would be the m-sport conversion! Just do catless dp's for exhaust

If you do a search, you can take a stock exhaust and modify it pretty easily to make it sound like the performance exhaust.

Did the airbag lights get cleared?
