Bosch brake pads & rotors
Anyone ever use Bosch brake pads & rotors instead of BMW OEM parts?
If so, what were your results? Did your pads and rotors last as long as OEM and did they break as well? |

^ I have Bosch pads F&R on order for my 530i. I did Akebono ceramics on my 335i. See how this works out.... Seems to be very little reviews or info on these. I know my wife's new 2010 Jetta TDI wagon came with Bosch pads F&R from the factory. Brakes were very good on that car in all situations from cold, hot, dust, pedal feel etc.

I just swapped over to bosch quiet cast pads on my 335i, I would say they compare very well to the stock pads. Great braking and very quiet and smooth. Excellent pad for the money.

Swapped out rotors too, but not for Bosch rotors so I can't really speak on those. I used whatever OE rotors we had on the shelf that day, Meyle I believe.
