Road work, big bump, now vibration

I hit essentially a 3" speed bump in a construction zone. They dug out the asphalt and it was dirt until the next part of the asphalt. Well there was a 3" lip and I nailed it at like 50mph. My fault, I should've been going 25.
Since that day I have been getting extreme vibration in my steering wheel between 48-60mph. I had ordered wheels 2 weeks prior and got them installed after the incident. Didn't change the vibration. Same tires were put back on, but discount didn't say anything. I inspected the tire and it looks fine. No bulges on the sides or separations on the tread. Looked at my steering components and didn't see anything out of the norm. Shook everything pretty hard to check for loose components and couldn't find anything.
The steering wheel shakes back and forth about 1/4" about once per second. The vibration is intermittent.
Any ideas?

You should check the run out of the hub. It might be bent or the bearing is damaged.

What exactly does that mean? When I pulled the wheel off I shook everything and nothing had play in it. Is that what you mean?

Took it to a shop. They test drove it then looked at the front end. Didn't see anything bent broken or out of place. Said the right tire was hopping on the balancer. Gonna get a new tire tomorrow morning. We shall see what happens.

Found out it ended up being the lower control arm/thrust arm/ whatever it's called.

The passenger side was worse than the drivers side but it's recommended doing all suspension component in pairs so I'm doing them both

Replaces the tension arms/thrust arm/ lower forward control and the vibration seems to still be there. So upset that the problem isn't fixed.

look at the tie rods, if vibrations still there you might have to replace the steering rack for sure.
