If you're phoning around for quotes ask the companies to provide you with a breakdown of the items that you will be charged for (total for labour, total for parts, cost of oil), send the information to me and I will liaise with management

yeah, hardly fair going to the local indy for a written quote on company headed paper for the sole purpose of taking it down to the bmw garage to get the work done there!
