I have loved and over maintained this car so if you’re in the market for a manual transmission 3 series of this era, this is the one for you.

Been the owner of it since it was 82,000km – I am asumming I am the second. Car comes certified at any mechanic of your choosing (open challenge, take it to any and I have no concerns, it’ll pass) – I got it reviewed by Mufflerman, a reputable chain, in Stratford and it passed with flying colors, not a single thing they could find to complain about. Copy of safety attached, no rush to sell and can get it certified again to get better pricing in the summer. I would rather this go to the right owner frankly who values maintenance and openness rather than going to a dealer and have no transparency. I will show all little dents and minor wear marks before selling – I don’t desperately need the money so have no need to hide anything.

For guys who know BMWs and especially 3 series:
This is a N52B25 engine
Waterpump changed at 145k
Spark Plugs and Coils changed preventititvely at 145k
Diff and Manual Transmission Fluid changed at 85k when purchased
New aftermarket battery (appx 2 years ago)
Rear window lifters replaced (both sides)
Not even a single sign of seepage and leakage of oil of any kind
AC Works Amazing (in fact everything works)
This has the sport suspension and the multi-way adjustable manual seats
Clutch is in excellent shape – no slippage, no chatter – clutch replacemenis typically at 175-200k MILES (so it should really last a while). Note: I have kids and am not your average racer bro so you’ll get a lot more life than you expect.

Oil changes every 6000km with LL-01 proof of this and filter purchase and all other work/purchases will be provided
Winter and summer rims both plastidipped to keep the clean – Non runflat tires DWS and X-Ice

For all that talk about how well maintained your car is you could have at least taken the car through a touch-less wash or at least wiped down your dash before taking pictures and posting them. Maybe that's just me but why not at least put your best foot forward when trying to sell something?

Valid point and the answer is that frankly, I don't need the money that badly. Looking for a buyer who can look beyond the scuff marks, wear and tear caused by kids in the back seats. Price sells faster than other BS frankly. This is the lowest price certified car between 2006-2008 that doesnt have clutch problems and drivetrain issues in this mileage range in Ontario. Already getting calls from all the way from Ottawa.

For people who want a "nice, clean car" they can easily go several dealer lots in Toronto. Anyone else can ask for another $150 off for cleaning and detailing and I will gladly oblige.
