Did a previous owner roll back the odometer?
My odometer reads just above 133k on my 06 330xi. However on ProTool, some of my codes supposedly came on after 200k+ miles..

That, in the car the mileage is stored in km/h so your tool is just misreporting. The mileage is stored in at least 3 modules and shadow/error codes typically have mileage attached. Lastly the cluster will show a dot if there is a discrepancy between the 3 modules.
