Bi-stable relay query

Hi,

this relay is normally soldered to the junction box if you have nav / logic 7 , etc...

The easiest check is if you have the intelligent battery sensor as this only works in conjunction with the bi-stable relay.

However, my understanding is that the bi-stable relay can be on its own as well. I don't have the IBS but I've observed my professional radio shuts off after half an hour if the car is ignition off, presumably to save battery life.

Question: do you all have this feature on your cars ?

Thanks.

most auxiliary power normally switches down after about 20 minutes, it's a CanBus thing.
