N54 Single Turbo - Drivetrain possibilities?

I have been browsing around and have seen a handful of 600+ WHP automatic transmission (AT) n54 xi setups (at least that's what they are claiming). I can't seem to find much information on what has been modified on their drivetrains though.

To my knowledge, our AT xi cars are ticking time bombs at those levels. I'd assume there is more being done than a simple transmission flash, but again, I can't seem to find much.

Any input?

Is yours a 6AT transmission? Are you using xDelete to help limit the chances of blowing the transfer case or any type of boost/power by gear to help preserve the transmission and transfer case?

Has anyone used the xdelete and then pushed capabilities?

I haven't done a lot of research on it, but my theory would be if we can "delete" the stress to the transfer case and additional weak components, then we could add a LSD in the rear and really turn up the boost on a single.

Thoughts?

I'll chime in here, car is fbo xdrive 6mt, and I used xdelete to prevent too much power going to the front. Whether or not that is effective idk, I just go a handful of transfer case related codes and looks like the tc actuator motor has gone bad even though its been in full rwd mode for about a year. I believe no matter what, the gears are still spinning in the oil of the transfercase and not sure what the typical failure point is.
