Nice shot. I'm still laughing on the inside about your profile/avatar pic. The out takes to that show are hilarious as is Bat Fight.

Thanks a lot! It's actually SGM, and the photo was taken in my living room with my Galaxy S10. Good lighting though, it would seem.

It's such an interesting color, isn't it? In some light, it's almost blue. In direct sun you get the real graphite with silvery metalic in there, and then there's some purple or something in there too sometimes. I have a before and after pic I'll post if I ever make a build thread, and the lighting makes it look like two completely different cars!

Thanks!! It's actually just an ebay lip, and it was advertised as a "universal mtech" lip, showing an E92 in the picture. I think it looks pretty damn good too, so I really appreciate the compliment.

Unfortunately, it hasn't stopped raining in Philadelphia (despite shows named to the contrary) since the install, so I'm embarrassed to post a picture of Earl Grey when he's so damn dirty, but I just love the way it looks now, so I have to. The front end completely changes the entire car, and I got lucky finding a trunk and tails too, so most of the major stuff for the conversion is done.

Just curious how much it cost you to paint. I've got an M-Tech front and rear bumper along with some side skirts sitting in my living room waiting to be painted. Initial quotes I've received so far are around $1500 for all pieces, I've also been told that Arctic Metallic is one of the more expensive OEM colors.

I pieced the parts together over about 2 years, and when I finally had everything, I shopped around for paint, and it was wild. I read all over the place that something like you're doing (bumpers and skirts) would be like 6 to 8 hundred, but I was told around 2500, 2800, up top 4 grand just for the front end!

Eventually a found a shop without their head up their as and had a great job done for 13 and change.

completely worth it though

One of the best mods I've done is the carbon fiber steering wheel (by Carbontastic). Feels (and looks) so much better than stock! The trim is carbon fiber looking vinyl.

A lot of people do too much however if placed appropriately it does work nicely.
