9.5 doesnt have any added benefit vs running a 8.5 or a 9.0. reason for wider rims is to be able to run wider tires. but non-M e9x cant accomodate for that so why tack on the added unsprung weight of wider rims? 9.0 is fine as it is.

there are different definitions of concavity. some see concavity as where the spokes on the outter part of the barrel concaves into the center. some see it as where the spokes sinks into the center only.

of course, the first is more aesthetically appealing.

9.5's look way better. end of story. especially when it comes to runnig wheels with concavity. if my e30 can have 8.5's it shouldnt be on my e90

plus, running an 8.5 and a 10 is a ridiculous difference. only making handling worse

+1000 Best concave wheel imo. I don't care for the wheels that bend in sharply near the centercap... Thats not even really concave. Technically its convex.

youre kidding right? i wont even dive in trying to explain the pros of staggered setup. some of the best handling cars have contrasting front and rear widths.

porsche gt2: 9.0 front and 12 rear
ferrari 458: 8.5F - 10.5R
lamborgini lp-640: 8.5F - 13R

but what do these manufacturers know about handling right? all 400+hp cars yet they dont widths larger than 9.0 fronts. lonestar says e90 running 9.5F is best setup and that's that.

You listed all mid engine cars (well the porsche is rear engine), which requires a much wider contact patch in the rear due to the vehicle dynamics of having all the engine over the rear wheels.

A good stagger on a typical front engine, rear wheel drive car is 1-1.5" difference front to rear. But it all depends on driving style and car setup.

The concavity of the Alloy Technic B9 in 19x8.5 and 19x9.5 is really nice
