Hey guys,

I live in Edmonton and I am running the BMS backend flash with JB4 ISO5.

I had used my openflash table to put the tune on the ECU and now my Openflash tablet is corrupt or something. Car run's fine, but I have no way or changing or upgrading the tune on my car. Anyone have any recommendations on how I can update my Flash now? I know there is free software to do the flash, but I would have to buy the cable and a laptop. My car is also an early 07 build so that method takes hours...

Appreciate any advice.

Hey, wheres a good shop for repairs in Edmonton. Some where reputable and reasonably priced. I'm new to the city and there seems to be a noticeable oil leak....

let me know what you find. Stay away from eurotekk. That guy is very expensive. More than dealer expensive. Eurasia I hear is good, but also expensive.

Best luck I've had is Edmonton bmw. But I like to find something cheaper.

I had to an out of province inspection. I ended up going with gf's family's friend who owns a shop. Owner's a nice guy. Center 101 Auto, near Kingsway mall. They don't specialize in BMW; in my opinion, they're general repairs.

Thanks for the heads up. After an expensive experience at eurotekk for an oil change, inspection and ofhg, Its clear I need to do everything myself. Just did downpipes on an 335xi. no problem. I've also down walnut blasting if anybody needs that.
