Lease calculator accuracy
How accurate are these online lease calculators such as Lease Guide.com

It's a simple calculation so they are usually correct. Anyone with basic Excel skills can write one.
The ones I've seen assume that the taxes are on the monthly payment. But in MD, TX, VA, IL and maybe others, you pay tax on the whole vehicle, the full negotiated price. Sucks but that's the way it is. In those states, divide the full tax by 24, 36 or whatever and add it to the payment (use zero percent in the appropriate column).

i have paid for the lease kit and it is great. as for the lease calculator accuracy you just need to know what figures to punch in and it is pretty accurate. May be off my 1 dollar and some cents but otherwise it will be great for people who really want to compare leases from other dealerships.
