It was one of the 1374_'s not sure which one. I put the muffler in place of resonator like the op did. then did straightpipes leading outside into dual tips. Looks like MD at first, but you soon realize theres a muffler way back in there.

Just use the perf exhaust as your muffler system then get a shop to weld on a secondary pipe with tips to the muffler.

I followed the link but I'm having a hard time trying to understand is it a 3 in inlet with two 3 in outlets?

That's a sick setup.
I'm considering doing this to my car.
Is there any particular reason you used a single/dual muffler instead of a dual/dual?

Did the burbling/popping noise on deceleration change? I don't want that to go away..

Looks good!

Only thing I see: is there only one hanger way back right after the muffler, with the tailpipes hanging free the rest of the way back, or are there also hangers behind each tip on both sides (appears there are hangers welded on behind tips but can't be sure)?

Nope. That doesnt go away . When driving slow in a cramped area, ill leave my car in 1st gear and go all the way up to 5 rpm and let go of that gas and all you hear is POPOPOPOP. Music to my ears.

What did they do exactly about that compartment on the right side. I looked under there and really didnt know what to do. I've been looking into doing the conversion myself, but dont want to buy bumper without know what mods will need to be done to run that right side pipe. Did they remove anything? All i see is plastic shell with and didnt want a gaping hole if i remove the cover. Any help would be awesome thanx. BTW looks real good!!!

They left the compartment exactly how it was. Nothing was changed. However, they did have to relocate the charcoal/evap canister to a different location

Guys I am not rying to rag on anyone but two 2.5 inch pipes goin back from that muffler is WAY to much. One single 2.5 inch pipe back from the muffler you have would be the right amount of flow as stock system. You need to go two 2-2.25 inch at the most if you have two pipes. The gases will just bog and not move fast enough. You can have the same look but it makes the difference in something that loses power or not

So wait how much does this cost total? To get everything Synergy did what will it cost? The whole setup including the rear bumper and the dual exhausts... Thanks, much appreciated.

sounds great!

don't listen to the haters, we all know you lose backpressure and it adds weight, but if it SOUNDS like you have more power than you probably do

that said, I would probably go 2 x 2inch pipes like 5erman suggested.

Add headers and a tune. That should shut up the people bitching about back pressure loss.

Thats EXACTLY what i want to know!... I have taken my car to SEVERAL exhaust shops and none of them were able to mess with the vapor canister!.. The wires are too short!.. HOW did you relocate it??.. i am VERY interested and this seems like something i about to give up on!.. i would appreciate it a HUGE amount if you could shed some light on this so i can have it done. Where did you relocate it exactly?.. how did you mount it?.. Can it be done on your own?.. If you can tell me a write up of the steps you took and how you accomplished it this would be a great amount of help to me!!!!!!

The wires have plenty of length to adjust it. Just make a bracket and push it to the side like so
