lol you should see the situation here in Manila...
theres no right of way, no etiquette, so its complete chaos on the roads sometimes. Basically the right of way here is who's front end is on first. haha

Wow, Manila? My entire family is pretty much from Cebu and I'm the outcast because I was born in the 'States lol. Are there still Jeepneys around there?

yeah haha and they are probably the main reason why traffic is so bad here in Manila

^that is actually safe, not many cars there....when you go to karachi, you'll understand the meaning of unsafe driving...mopeds/gopeds/cycles inches from buses....which don't stop, people run on board and run off...

here is my daily pic of misery in traffic....

25 mile commute = 1hour+

That traffic doesn't look like it's bad enough to make a 25 mile commute take an hour. I've been in heavier traffic on 290 only going 18 miles and it's taken me only 30.

traffic became so bad here this week for some reason... it took me 40 minutes to get to my brother's university which was only 7kms away.

here are some pics i found on the net showing one of the main roads here in Manila. will try to get some live pics when I get out tom:

Yea, I doubt I'll show. Everyone at work is getting sick, I'm feeling a bit under the weather myself.
